Active Ingredients: Menthol 3%, Metyl Salicylate 10%

DIRECTIONS:

• Use a little of the cream to rub your face gently in the morning and at night after you have washed your face clean.
• Clean and dry affected area
• Apply to the affected area not more than 3 to 4 time daily.
• Remove patch from the skin after at most 8-hour application
• Children under 12 years of age: consult a doctor

WARNINGS:

Allergy alert: If prone to allergic reaction from aspirin or salicylates, consult a doctor before use.

Flammable: keep away from fire or flame, do not use where sparks come out, do not use in a confined space, do not puncture or incinerate container. Contents under pressure:do not expose to temperature exceeding 120°F (48°C).
