This herbal supplement contains the following ingredients:Agastache (huo xiang) Herb, Lysimachia foenum-graecum (ling xiang cao) Herb, Citrus nobilis (chen pi) Peel, Cinnamon (rou gui) Bark, Chinese Mint (Mentha arvensis) (bo he) Aerial Parts, Sichuan Lovage (chuan xiong) Root, Licorice (gan cao) Root, Clove (ding xiang) Flower Bud, Agarwood (chen xiang) Wood, Southern Tsangshu (cang zhu) Root, Angelica anomala (xia ye dang gui) Root.

DIRECTIONS:

• For adults using the enclosed plastic scoop-take 8 rounded scoopfuls with warm water. When using household measuring spoons-take 1 level teaspoon with warm water. 
• For children, take 1/2 the amount for adults.
