    • We recommend that you take 1-2 pills with warm water.


    • Keep pills in their original wax casings in a cool place.


    • Do not use during pregnancy or while nursing.
    • Do not take for prolonged periods of time or in high doses.
    • Not recommended for use in cases of nausea, vomiting, chronic diarrhea, frequent copious urination, dry cough, diabetes, hypertension, liver disorders, severe kidney insufficiency, and hypokalemia; may potentiate potassium depletion of thiazide diuretics and stimulant laxatives, as well as the action of cardiac glycosides, and cortisol.
    • Use with caution in cases of spleen or stomach deficiencies, acid regurgitation, in cases of loose, watery stools, bloody sputum, or coughs with phlegm, spitting of blood, diarrhea, or abdominal distention.
