DIRECTIONS:

• We recommend that you take 10 pills, three times per day with warm water.

WARNINGS:

• See the boxed laxative ingredient warning as well as the following:
• Do not use during pregnancy, while nursing, long-term (in-excess of 8-10 days), or in excess of recommended amounts.
