 How To Use 

DIRECTIONS:

• Take 4 capsules 3 times a day.

WARNINGS:

• Keep out of reach of children.
• Not to be used during pregnancy or breast-feeding.
• Not for long term use or use in excess of recommended servings.
• Over use can cause excessive salivation, gastric discomfort, nausea, dizziness, and difficulty breathing. Not for use by children.
• Do not use if you have liver problems, if you are allergic to any ingredients in this product, or if you have a tendency to cough up blood.
• Use with caution if you have a history of allergic reactions, are elderly in poor health, an individual with serious chronic diseases, or those taking lithium or other over-the-counter or prescription medications.
• Consult physician if taking medication, or have a medical condition.
• Stop using if you don't feel well.
