 How To Use 

DIRECTIONS:

• Adults take  4 tablets two times a day with warm water.
• Children under 12 years old: do not use.

• Do not use if you are pregnant.
• Not recommended for long term use or in excess of recommended amounts, in cases of diarrhea, indigestion, gastritis or ulcers, painful or difficult urination, frequent copious urination, or excessive menstruation.
