Note that if you are allergic to ragweed, asters or chrysanthemums, you will want to use an herb other than chamomile.

This tea is wonderful to soothe various ailments of the digestive tract. It also have compounds that can relieve gallbladder pain and bloating. Note that green tea does have caffeine, and this can cause some problems if you are sensitive to that stimulant.
